I’m Dr. Sharon Pedrosa, Florida-licensed and specializing in psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. My work helps families understand their child’s strengths, challenges, and needs—whether it’s related to learning differences, ADHD, autism, or other cognitive and emotional concerns.
I have advanced degrees in education and psychology, with specialized training in school psychology and child development. With experience in both clinical and school settings, I understand how learning, behavior, and emotions impact daily life. My evaluations don’t just provide a diagnosis—they offer practical recommendations that can make a real difference at home, in school, and beyond.
I believe in being thorough, honest, and straightforward with families. Every child is different, and my goal is to provide the clarity and guidance needed to move forward with confidence.
I’m based in South Florida and speak fluent Spanish, making my services accessible to a diverse range of families. When I’m not working, I enjoy dancing, listening to music, reading, and spending time outdoors with my Labrador Retriever.

Identifying strengths and weaknesses can enhance the learning or school experience and provide answers about learning disabilities or difficulties. Insight into academic functioning may help with an individual's school performance, self-esteem, goal setting, and future planning.
Early diagnosis, therapies, and targeted individualized interventions are key to good outcomes. Evaluations are typically performed in two sessions. Appropriate non-academic and academic goals are explored and treatment recommendations are provided at a feedback session.
